Last year Chicago beat Indiana, u 20 0. This year the decision was reversed by 6 to 0 score. Lafayette won 22 to victory over Swarthmore last season, and Saturday the game ended with the score to 0. Perhaps it is the unfamiliarity of the players with the new rules which has caused the tendency to lessen the size of the scores, but, at any rate, it makes the games more interesting by causing the scores to be closer. Yale coaches claim that the officials are not strict enough H. penalizing the players for attacking a man while he is receiving a forward pass or in max ing other breaches of the new rules.
