Colorado Whips Missouri, 34–13, in Explosive Attack BOULDER. Colo. Oct. 49, Colorado’s explosive football team, set off by Fullback Ralph Curtis, blasted out three touchdowns in seven minutes of the second quarter to power the Golden Buffaloes to a 34–13 triumph over Missouri today. The victory snapped Missouri’s 10 straight wins over Colorado and kept the Buffaloes atop the Big Seven Conference with a 20 record. Except for two lapses, Colorado’s defenders stopped Missouri’s Junior Wren, a classy triple-threat thereafter and handspring in the Tigers attack.
