Ole Miss Shuts Out Mississippi State, STARKSVILLE, Miss, Nov. rs. The University Of Mississippi won its goth victory in 46 starts against arch-rival Mississippi State College today. 26 to 0. The triumph was partial vindication for a team that has won only four games this season. 1t was Mississippi States eighth defeat. Big John Dottley. the university’s bruising 195-pound halfback, set what appeared to be new Southeastern Conference record. He romped ZIG yards, running his yearly total to 1872. That is 134 yards better than the 1,178-yard mark set by Tulane’s Eddie Price last year. Dottley scored two Of the Re bels’ four touchdowns. Eulas Jenkins and Dick Muslin accounted for the other pair. Twice the smouldering rivalry which has marked the series between the school broke out in fisticuffs on the field. A crowd Of $4,000 packed Scott Field for the intra-State classic which began in 1901,
