    | |Middies’ Attack To Be BoIstered ANNAPOLIS, Md, Oct. 26.-Navy footballers are charting “a few new running plays” for use when the midshipmen sail into Notre Dame Saturday in Baltimore. Coach George Sauer said the plays are to be launched during the week against the plebes and junior varsity. Although Sauer said his squad is improving by the week, he noted that “the opposition gets tougher” After the clash with the Irish Navy meets Michigan, Columbia anc then Army. Sauer was gratified with the showing his boys made against Penn last Saturday in spite of the fact that the Middies were on the short end of a 20–14 score. They played a good, all around game” with plenty of fire, drive and fight” he said.
