TRUMAN SEES ! NAVY SUFFER 12–7 SETBACK ANNAPOLIS, Nd, Nov. 16.-WH Navy, doing what comes natural ly, lost another football game today-its seventh straight when power-packed Penn State rode to a II to 7 victory while President Truman cheered in vain for a Middle triumph.
