  FOOT BALL GAMES. State College Scores Against Penn sylvania-Other Contests. BY Exclusive Wire from The Associated Press. Philadelphia, Oct. E.-State college was defeated at foot ball today by the University OF Pennsylvania by the score OF II 10 g. The goal waS missed however and the score was a tie at five. A succession OF plunges by Pennsylvania carried McCracken over for touchdown on which !. Gardiner kicked goal, The half ending at II TO 8 in favor Of Pennsylvania. In the second hall Pennsylvania added iouch down and goal, and state college failed TO score.
