  FOOT BALL GAMES. PRINCETON, N. j., October 81 Princeton easily defeated Stevens Col lege here this afternoon by a score OF 40 to 0. Princeton scored four touch downs in the first half and three in the second. NEW HAVEN. Conn.,, October b. Yale won the game with Amherst this afternoon by the score of q to 0, after a trying contest. The Amherst eleven was lighter and not in as good conditon to stand the heat as the Yale team. CMBRIDGE, Mass, October 3.-Harr ward defeated Williams by a score or IL to 0 this afternoon. The playing of the Harvard eleven was discouraging, there being no team to play, little life and dash and absolutely no interference. Just received car of bulk jersey Sweet Potatoes. A. F.
