  Ames Beuts Drake In Roin, 7 to 6 AMES, Iowa, Nov. 9.-That i’m portant point after touchdown won 7–⁠6 football battle here today for Iowa States big six Cyclones over the Drake Bulldogs. Drake counted in the first pc Rod of rain-soaked game. Iowa State came back with a touchdown in the second period and added the game-winning point on a place-kick. Neither side was able to pune ture the others defense through out the second half.
