Harvard and Wesleyan. CAMBRIDGE, Oct. Harvard shut out Wesleyan at football this afternoon by the score of 20 to 0. AS whole, the crimson players put up the best game of the season, and despite streaks of poor play, showed some signs of rounding into shape. In the first half Wesleyan came near scoring, but by good defence Harvard forced the ball out of the dangerous territory. The star play of the day was made by Ellis, the crimson right half back, who scored touchdown in the second half after a run OF thirty-fve yards, at the end of which he jumped clear over a Wesleyan tackler’s head.
