  FLORIDA WILL BRING GREAT ELEVEN TO PLAY ALABAMA Gators Will Have Edge On Crimsons In Comparative Score For Game At Rick wood Thanksgiving Despite the setback received at Jacksonville Saturday afternoon when the Mississippi Aggies held them to 1918 tie, the Florida Alligators will come to the Magic City favorite in dope over the Alabama Crimsons for their big game at Rick wood field Thanksgiving afternoon at 2 o’clock. The fact that the Aggies tied Florida means nothing, they also tied Vanderbilt 0–⁠0, and are considered as one of the strong teams of the south. The Crimsons made a great showing against Georgia when they defeated them 36 to 0 at Montgomery Satur- day, but then all the breaks went to ‘Bama. Vanday, after being held to a tie by the Aggies, beat the Georgia eleven by practically the same score. that the Crimson Tide did, so the dope is no good on the game. The Georgia Tech game is realty the only team that the two elevens have played that can be used as a score.
