GEORGIA EATERS WAY TO VICTORY Tennessee Falls Before PIunging Of FIetcher And Randall KNOXVILLE, Tenn, Oct. 20.- Playing straight football tactics and relying on Fletcher and Randall as battering rams. the University of Georgia football team battered it’s way to a IT to victory today over the University of Tennessee. The Volunteers held the Georgians scoreless in the first half before the Fletcher Randall combination was put in. The first two quarters were merely a bunting duel, with the odds slightly in favor of Tennessee. Tennessee’s defense was shattered at the beginning of the second half. The Georgia Bulldogs carried the ball twice down the field on straight line plunges. The onslaught completely demoralized the Tennesseans and two touchdowns were scored. Captain Joe Bennett, for Georgia, dropkicked a field goal from the 2S yard line in the fourth quarter in addition to scoring the two extra points from touchdown.
