  GEORGIA EASILY DEFEATS FLORIDA Jacksonville. Fla, November 6.--Geor- gia easily defeated Florida at football here today, 37 to 0. The Crackers after the first period used a series of for ward passes which seemed to have the Aligators bewildered. During the first period, in which neither side scored. Florida carried the ball to Georgia s 15-yard line. forward pass failed and the Cracker goal never was endangered thereafter. In the second period Mcconnell re- covered tumble and raced 40 yards for the first touchdown. Georgia scored four more touchdowns. all of which were directly due to forward passes. In the final period, which was cut to eight minutes because of darkness. Georgia scored safety when a Florida player was tackled behind his own goal line while trying trick play Coleman soon afterwart dropped field goal from the 40-yard line for the final score of the day.
