SURE TO DEFEAT PENN Fielding II. Yost, Michigans great football tutor, sat in a seat on Franklin Field Saturday and saw the Carlisle Indians drive over and around the Pennsylvania eleven, pushing it far ther into the mire of disgrace into which it was thrown by Brown and Penn State. 1t is doubtful if he saw anything in that game to shake his confidence In the hopes of the Wolverines In the annual battle between them and the Quakers. Despite Michigan s failure to win from Syracuse last Saturday, Yost Is sure that Cornell will be beaten next Saturday at Ithaca, and that Penn will also be humbled a week later at Ann Arbor.
