    PENNSYLVANIA, 35: LEHIGH, 0 Philadelphia September 30.-The University of Pennsylvania opened the football season on Franklin field today by defeating Lehigh by the score OF 35 to O. Pennsylvania scored “a points in the first half Of twenty minu-es and added eleven more in the second half of fifteen minutes. Bankart miss ed one Of the six goals. At no time was the Pennsylvania goal in danger.
