  Punts Help Missouri Defeat Minnesota, so MINNEAP OILS, Sept. 80 Notwithstanding punting by Daryl Krugman and a key in Perception by Carl Crawford led Missouri to a 60 victory over Minnesota today in cold, wet weather that brought snow before the game ended. The Tigers scored the only touchdown of the game early in the second quarter when Bill Tobin drove into the end zone from the 1-yard line after a 30-yard march. The score was set up after Krugman’s 51-yard punt rolled out of bounds on the Mime sofa l. The Gophers’ Sandy Stephens punted on first down and got off 29-yarder into the stiff wind. After two Tiger plays were stopped, Mike Hunter hit Crawford with a 24-yard pass foaa first down on the Minnesota 6. Three plays later, Tobin plunged for the score. Krugman had to punt 13 times, several times after poor center snaps, and on several occasions kicked the ball on the, run.
