  Pass by Sub Gives Missouri Decision Over Indiana, TAT BLOOMINGTON, Ind, Oct. 81. Quarterback Dick Eaton took over for injured Tony Scardino Of Missouri and threw the winning touchdown pass today in a 14–⁠7 victory over Indiana. End John Wilson hauled down the 10-yard toss deep in a corner Of the Indiana end zone early in the third quarter and spoiled the oay for a Hoos’er homecoming crowd of about 22.0G0. 1t was the fourth victory in seven starts for the Big Seven team and Indiana’s fifth defeat in six games. The teams never had met before. Bob Schoonmaker scored Missouri’s first touchdown in the second quarter on a f1ve-yard end run. 1t was set up by Ed Merrifleld’s 25-yard dash. In diana tied the score in the same period on Jerry Ellis three-yard plunge following Quarterback Florian Helinski’S 21-yard pass to John zuger and one to Les Kun that gained A yards. Both teams finished without their starting quarterbacks. Scar dino suffered leg injury in the second period and HelinSki was knocked out late in the final quarter.
