Terps Should Draw Big Crowds With 4 Foes Still Undefeoted eastern Conference. However, Tulane snapped back to rout Santa Clara, $50. after the latter had extended Stanford and Kansas. Great passing combination of zeke Bratkowski to Harry Babcock makes Bulldogs a dangerous opponent. Jim Tatum. Maryland coach, says Georgia is 100 per cent improved over team Mary land beat. 43–7, on one of its best days last season. NAVY-Middies have thumped Yale, $40. and Cornell, 31–7, and while they probably haven’t been playing much. their defensive rec ord is phenomenal. That Mississippi Southern score is unimpressive, but the latter trounced Tampa, a good little team. 52–35, last week end, and may not be a pushover. Bama plays VPI this week and most surely will take an unbeaten record against Tennessee, after which more will be known of its potential.
