Terps Held Even kazmaier Stars In Second Half In Princeton’s AT Byrd Stadium 18Th Straight Middies’ 3 Scores In End Half Thrill $4,000 at Annapolis ANNAPOLIS, Oct. 6.-Navy put on a great second-half comeback against Princeton here this AFTER noon, but the surge came too late to oVertake the Tigers, who marked up a 24–20 decision for their 18th straight football VIC tory. Three touchdown passes by All-American Dick Kazmaier Of Princeton featured the game in which the Tigers dominated the first half and the Middies the second. A standing-room only crowd of $4,000 turned out to watch the only game to be played in Annapolis this year. The nearly 90-degree temperature put the crowd in shirts sleeves, but didn’t seem to wilt the players. The Tigers took a ITO first half lead, but in the second half worked their way out of its own territory only once. But they did get another chance for a score and took advantage of it with a pass interception in the third quarter that led to their fourth period tally that put the game beyond Navy’S reach. Brady, ZastrOw Score. Navy slight pre-game favorite to halt Princeton winning streak, unfurled in their second half surge. The Middies started their comeback with a short scoring pass early in the third period. and in the fourth period Halfback Frank Brady romped SO yards for one score and Quarterback Bob Zastrow went 40 yards for the final Navy tally. Two breaks-a blocked kick and a fumble-led to Princeton’s two
