    | Kozmuier Heads For Big Stordom lat Princeton PRINCETON, N. j., Oct. 13.- A 168-pound Princeton sophomore who can run, pass and punt may be the latest star in Old Nassau’s grid history, which goes back to the Poes of the 1880’s and COS. Dick Kazmaier, who dashed 43 and IS yards for both of Prince tons scores in a 14–13 loss to Pennsylvania last week, has played only three varsity games for the Orange and Black, but he’s shown sharp improvement since the opening game against Lafaycite. Playing tailback in Coach Char ley Caldwell’s single wing offense. Kazmaier was cool and capable against Penn. The skinny 18year-old youngster, playing against seasoned veterans of college foot ball, easily was Princeton’s stand out. Besides his two scoring sprints, here’s what the former Maumee, Ohio, high school star did: Gained 119 yards in IA tries running, for an average Of 8.5 yards. Completed 8 passes in IL at tempts, with l interception, for q gain of 79 yards. Twice punted out of bounds on the 8 and II yard lines and averaged SO yards from scrimmage. He also got off 65-yard quick kick. On both scoring runs. Kazmaier both outsprinted and outdodged Penn defenders. The first score came on a dash around right end after taking a pitch-out, and the second was on a straight blast around left end. He made mistakes, like all sophomores. A >Kazmaier tumble late In the first period set up Penn’s tying touchdown. Then, after his second touchdown brought Prince ton within l point at 14–13 in the last quarter, the sophomore sparked another drive down the field. He completed a looping pass to End Bob Bunnell for a first down on the Penn 48. Then a jump pass to End Ed Reed for another first down on the SO. His next pass went astray, however, and AL Power OF Penn picked it off to stif1e Princeton’s last scoring threat,
