Purdue Win Over Iowa Warning to Ohio Stute LAFAYETTE, Ind, Oct. l3.-Unbeaten Purdue. its T-formation accounting for two touchdowns in its first eleven plays from scrimmage, became a sizeable obstacle in Ohio States path to q second successive Western Conference championship today as it blasted Iowa 10 to 0. Purdue, winner of four straight contests, was just two points shy of the 42-to-0 pasting Ohio State handed the Hawkeyes a week ago. Purdue will meet the Buckeyes at Columbus next Saturday.
