The YaIers, looking forward to their traditional game with Dart mouth Saturday on the heavy end Of their schedule, looked good in tak- ing over the University of R0ches- ter Yellow Jackets 32-O last Sattir- day before the smallest bowl attend ance of the year. But three of the Eli mainstays viii be lost to the team for the balance of the season due to military transfers. They were Vest Hansen, Jack Prchiik and Frankie GilliS, two nnesmen and a back who figured prominently in the four Yale victories 50 far. While Yale was shuttin gOut Rochester. the Dartmouth eleven was being hard pressed to top Brown 14–⁠13. University of Connecticut Toped in Brooklyn College of New York 15-O and prepared to play a return game with City College, at New York Saturday with the odds favor ing a repeat victory. Coast Guard, meanwhile, fell a victim to Holy Gross 26–⁠14 Sunday and tackles Brown at Providence this Saturday for another tough eri- counter.
