  Purdue Makes Il Five In Row With 30–⁠7 Win Over Bucks 6s tue aoSOSiAGQ fEeSS. CLEVELAND, Oct. 16.-Purdue’s Marine ne-manned Boilermakers roared on their undefeated way today, COM ing from behind with five last-half touchdowns to sweep aside Ohio States small but fighting all-civilian squad, 80 to 7, before 41,509 rain drenched customers. 1t was Purdue’s fifth straight conquest, and the third loss in four starts for Ohio State. The light and inexperienced Bucks, after rushing over a first-period touchdown and holding a TO edge through the half, couldn’t stand up under a 2o-pound-per-ma man weight disadvantage and the powerful run ming of Tony Butkovich, Purdue fullback. Butkovich. who started for Illinois last year before the Marines trans planted him to the Purdue campus, scored the first three touchdowns for the Boilermakers, giving him so points for this season. The two other Purdue markers were chalked up by Boris Dimanchef of indianapolis. who last year was with Butler He romped through the RAPIDLY firing Bucks for scoring runs Of 80 and l8 yards late in the game. Stan Dubicki of South Bend tried the first four placements for extra points. but missed all of them, and Sam Vacanti muffed the last one.
