Texas Packs Win Over Arkansas Into Single Quarter LITTLE ROCK, Oct. 19.-Too smart in every department for their opponents, the University Of Texas crowded a 21-to-0 Southwestern Conference victory over the Uni versity of Arkansas into a single quarter this afternoon. Approximately 10000 fans watched under a sweltering sun while Coach Dana Bibles Longhorns mixed for wards, laterals and an occasional brilliant running attack to smother the hapless Razorbacks. Cowboy Jack Grain scored one OF the Longhorns’ three touchdowns and place-kicked an extra point But he spent the entire second half on the bench while every men, Der Of the Texas squad saw action
