Cornell Beats Williams. ITHACA, N. Y, Oct. cornell put up a strong game against Williams today, winning by the score of u to 0. Cornell was able to score only two touchdowns, but it was rather due to the strength of the Williams team than to the weakness and loose playing of Cornell. Again Cor nell’s opponents found the tackles the most vulnerable points in the line, and Folger and Boynton, who played the positions in the first half, were replaced in the second by Whitney and Paine. Duvall played a splendid game at Cornell’s left end, his tackling being one of the fealures of the game. Draper, Williams star halfback, twice gained ground around Cornells end. but only once was his gain large one, when just at the close of the first half he covered twenty-five yards.
