The town was full of visitors, friends Of Princeton and Harvard Harvard team was heavy, Princeton light This year will show which is better, a light, skillful team or a heavy team, Haryard’s team being heavy, Yale’s simply enormous, while Princeton’s team is light, but very expert and agile. Harvard Won the Toss. and selected the side with the wind in their favor, while Princeton had to struggle with the wind against them. Harvard the first few minutes forced the play to Princeton’s goal-line, but Prince ton recovered, forced Harvard back to her goal and secured touchdown by taxing the ball away from Harvard’s fall back when beyond the goal line. A goal was kicked from this. The ball was then put in play, Princeton losing ground by fumbling until the ball was near her goal line, when Harvard secured touchdown, which did not result in a goal. In q few moments Harvard kicked goal from the field. Time for the first hall was then up, with the score stand. ing 6 to in Hsrvard’s favor. Sides Were Changed and play began. The wind had died out and did not hinder kicking the ball. Hard playing was with varied fortunes; the ball frequently changing hands was then the ORDER. In this half Moffatt, the captain OF tho Princeton team, kicked four goals from the field, while Harvard was unable to OBJ tain point. This insures Princeton at least second place this year. Princeton plays Yale in New York next Saturday, and it remains 10 Re seen whether she can manage the Yale giants or not. Molfatt’s playing and kicking is phenomenal, and I4amar’s dodg ing md running is wonderful. The rest OF the teams played 30 we’ll that it will not do 10 particularize.
