CHICAGO, Nov. notwithstanding the raw disagreeable weather, one thousand people went to Marshall Field to-day to wit ness the game be zen the University of Chicago and Pun Chicago won the game by score to o. but 1t was the worst exhibition TIN Maroons have given this season. They should have had at least three more touchdowns, but lost the opportunity trying to execute trick plays and by frequent fumbling In team work the Purdue eleven excelled the visitors putting up a game that about equaled that played by Beloit few weeks ago. The Purdue men are the best aggregation of tacklers that has been on Marshall Field this season. Their ends are good, and by few little lodges they managed to fool the Chicago ends every time.
