AMBRIDGE, Mass, October %. “A gallant but unlucky band Of Dartmouth Indians gave Har- ward an acid foot ball test todav and washed away all Its claims to greatness. After outplaying the Crimson by wide margin in three OF the perlocs, the Indians lost a glorious winning cnance in the last minute of play, when Dave Hedges dropped Wilbur Powers perlect pass in the end zone and Harvard continued undefeated with an undeserVeo 10–7 victory. He eluded more Indians IN midfield, and after shaking OIL teW enemy stragglers on Dartmouth’s So ward line, had a clear path Tor the rest of his 93-yard scoring run pacK Wells then place-kicked the tenth POM and the Crimson resumed its 1utlie punting game. TACK HILL, the Green’s crack sophomore passer, was rushed in for Hedges, and he completed his first heave to squatty Sammy Fishman on Harvard’s 10-yard line. The Green banged the Crimson line three times for small gains, and Hill, after taking a pass, was nailed about 3 inches from the Harvard goal on fourth down.
