ARKANSAS TEAM : WACO, Texas, Oct. 1S.-Flasbing q brilliant running attack in the first half and completely smothering their op- fponents vaunted aerial attack, the Bay lOr Bears defeated the Arkansas Razor Jacks here today, 13 to 0, in their first southwestern conference football game of the season.
