  Boston College Outblays Yale; Wins Again, 21–⁠13 New Haven, Conn, Oct. 16.-Outplayed in every department of the game, Yale went down to defeat at the hands of Boston College this afternoon, 81 to 13, in one of the hardest-fought games ever played in the Yale bowl. 1t was the second defeat Boston has given Yale in two years, the big red team last year beating the Ellis to 3. The all-around playing of the Boston team equaled the best ever seen in Ne W Haven, and only for a few moments during the entire game did Yale have a chance to show anything great. Two fatal err rors by Frank Kelly. the old Rutgers back in fumbling, made it pos sible for the vigilant Bostonians to pounce on the ball and run yards for touchdowns. In the first half Kelly started on a plunge through Boston’s right tackle, but the ball slipped from his grasp and Roderick gathered the leather in his arms on his own 45-yard line. The game was rough from start 20 finish, I’VE Yale players being taken out with injuries and two Boston men leaving the game for the same reason. Capt Callahan Aldrich. Kempton. French and Walker were the Yale players unable 10 continue while Eeaphy and Liston Of the visitors were hurt. Boston tried ten forward passes only two of which were successful Both sides were penalized many times.
