Darren McFadden played running back at Arkansas (2005–07). He won the 2006 and 2007 Doak Walker Awards and the 2007 Walter Camp Award. He finished second in the 2006 Heisman vote and was a consensus All‑American in 2006 and 2007. The Oakland Raiders took McFadden in the first round, No. 4 overall in the 2008 NFL Draft. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2019.
