Nov. 7.-Starting the final period with the short end OF a Is to s score, Georgia rallied and march ed triumphantly down the field for score after score until a forward pass from Mcwhorter to Smith In the last few seconds Of play gave the Georgians a victory by Is to Is over the Clemson. 1t was the most thrilling football game ever seen here. The South Carolina team outplayed Georgia until that final period. Then the terrific line attack Of McWhorter tore the Clemson forwards apart like SO many children Clemson was utterly unable to keep OF the foe and lost the victory just before the final whistle blew.

  GEORGIA BEATS CLEMSON. Augusta, Ga, Nov. 6-The Univer- sity of Georgia football team won from Clemson college here today by a brilliant rally in the last 35 min- utes of play. The score was IS to 15. For three quarters the South Caro- lima team clearly outplayed their opponents, and the last period be- gan with the visitors ahead 15 to 5. Then the battered Clemson line wav- cred under the fierce attack of tho Georgia backs and allowed the two winning touchdowns.
