  ILLINOIS WINS EASILY Rolls Up Big Score Against Weak Northwestern Eleven. Champaign. H.. Oct. ls.-The University OF Illinois football team easily won from the Northwestern University eleven today by score OF 81 to 0. The visitors seemed in poor physical condition. and al though they fought hard, their efforts were fruitless to menace the Illinois goal. Illinois had recourse to little open foot ball, and Northwestern’s few efforts to use the forward pass were failures. The score OF Illinois was disheartening TO the loyal band of 400 Purple rooters, but they stuck Loyalty 10 their coiors and were applauded by the victors.
