  SYRACUSE ELEVEN VICTOR Castles Long Run Only Feature in Game with Hamilton. Syracuse. Oct A brilliant run OF ninety-three yards through the entire Hamilton team was the feature Of an otherwise listless football game won by Syracuse University by score of is to this afternoon. Lew Castle. who made the dash down the field, was the par ticular star Of the day. He intercepted forward pass on the Syracuse 7-yard line and ran the length of the field for touchdown. The Hamilton team was very nearly as heavy as that OF the Orange, but its backfleld was unable to penetrate the Syracuse defence. Captain Hilfnger and former Captain Propst were pitted against the two best men on the Hamilton line. and a miniature battle was waeed by this quartet. On a tackle around formation both Syracuse tackles gained consistently. Captain Robinson of Hamilton played brilliant game at halfback. At one time he broke away from the field and was headed for the goal. but he was unable to avoid Seymour, who dropped him fifteen yards from his goal. The llne-up follows:
