LEXINGTON, Va, November 16- Washington and Lee overwhelmed Nortr Carolina today at Greensboro, winning from the Tar Heels by the decisive score Of 81 to O. North Carolina showed I’m. expected strength during the first half O, the contest and held the Lexington team scoreless during the first quarter. Miller scored the only points made, kicking a goal from placement from the 4T-yard line. In the last quarter the White and Blue aggregation struck its real stride and ran completely over the Carolnas. Flowing through the fast-weakening line, Beuhring scored another touchdown. Miller kicked goal. Donahue made another before time was called, Miller again annexing an odd point for his team. Washington and Lee showed in this game that she was in no wise stale from the v. p. l. game Of the previous Saturday. Coach Reilly has his team trained to the minute. In every game played this year his men have outlasted their opponents. striking their real stride when the other team Is weakening. Beuhrine played his usual strong game and nothing better can be said in his favor than that. Raftery. Capt. Miller and Francis also starred. Terry and Barker were hurt, but are expected to play Thanksgiving against North Carolina A. and NJ
