ANN ARBOR, Mich, October III Michigan University defeated Ohio States foot ball eleven today, 10 to o. Michigan, after being nearly outplayed in the first quarter, came back with terrific rush and held the advantage during the three closing periods. Michgans first score came early in the second period. Wells carrying forward pass across the Ohio goal Soon after the third quarter started Boyle scored a pretty place-kick from the 6O-yard line. Later in the quarter, Conkling intercepted an Ohio punt behind Ohios goal line. Then he kicked goal.   SPORTING DEPARTMENT WOLVERINES DEFEAT OHIO STATE ELEVEN. Ann Arbor. oct. 23.-Ohio State proved n gritty and stubborn opponent for the Wolverines saturday but Coach Yost’s pupils got away with the game by the score Of 19 to 0.
