MERCER SWAMPED. Georgia Tech Wins Easy Game by IS to o. MACON. Ga, November 13.-Contrary to expectations. Mercer did not make good showing against Georgia Tech today and the visitors won easily by the score of So to o. Their playing was the best seen here this season. The work Of Quarterback Doc Wilson was brilliant. Mercer only had the ball six times during the entire game. Aside from Wilson’s spectacular playing, 43-yard run through a broken field by Jenkins to a touchdown was feature. The Tech eleven relied mostly on trick plays OF the open-play style. Wilson kicked goal five times.
