LAFAYETTE WINS OVER BROWN TEAM Captain McCaa Enables Eleven to Add Victory by His Drop kicking. PROVIDENCE, Oct A.-Lafavette’s husky eleven defeated Brown to this afternoon by kicking two fine goals from the field, after Brown had made a touchdown and had the game well IN hand. The game was the snappiest seen here in years. Captain McCaa’s playing for the visitors was a revelation. the La fayette leader scoring both goals, one from the 43-yard line and the other from the 22-yard line. Mayhem, Browns captain, who tried to duplicate the feat failed miserably and IL was TO his lack Of judgment in trying the second goal from the field when his team need eT ID gain but two yards that Brown S defeat is attributed.
