GEORGETOWN LOSES TO LEHIGH TEAM Battle Is Hard Fought and Interesting. DELAYED PASS WINS GAME This Play Confuses the Locals-Hub Hart and Andy Farabaugh Carry OF Honors. Lehigh, IA. Georgetown, 8. Under the leadership Of Andy Farabaugh. the football team from LehiSh yesterday afternoon lowered the colors of the Blue and Gray before an audi ence OF 5000. which gathered On Georgetown Field. After the game. the boys from South Bethlehem offered up thanks that their defeat OF two years ago by the local collegians could be for gotten. Georgetown was thankful that the score was no worse and that there were only two Farabaughs on the visit ing team. The audience was thankful that the game was weIl-contested and clean throughout. One or two right-hand swings were executed. but the offenses were committed so sparingly that II seemed to be incidental to the game. The stars on both eIevens could have been designated before the kickoff with as much accuracy as az the conclusion of the contest. Andy Farabaugh’s steIlar performances have become chronic, no matter what the opposition. and Torrey and Waters have been notorious groundgainers ever since they first dom ned the moleskins. For Georgetown, of course it was Hub Hart, Kelley, and Martel. The great bulk of the work. however. was done by Hart. and he endeared himself forever to the Blue and Gray. when in the second half. he deliberately pulled himself out Of the low ing embraces Of the Lehigh warriors and romped down the field for the first and only touchdown which went to the credit OF the local aggregation.

Only Twice Were the Quakers Held for Downs, and Five Times Did Cornell Gain It’s Distance. BROWN SEVERELY TR0UNCED TEN THOUSAND PERSONS SAW DART MOUTH WIN By 81 TO o. Georgetown Defeated by Lehigh II to 5-VictOries for Pennsylvania State and WATERFOWL A. G. PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 26.-Pennsylvania wound up her football season of disappointment to-day by defeating Cornell by the overwhelming score of AZ to o. Only twice during the game were the Ithaca boys able to hold Pennsylvania for downs and they gained their distance only five times and these nearly all by fake plays. Early in the second half Brewster was forced to retire on account of injuries and Lyman took his place. The latter did poor work in the back field. Lineup:
