  Texas Defeats Arkansas. Austin. Tex. October 29.-The Univer- sity of Texas defeated the University of Arkansas at football today by score of 15 to 0. Texas made a couple of touch- downs in the first and one in the second half, but failed to kick goal in their at- tempts. The game was almost devoid of features except for the remarkable kick ing of Stanley for the visitors
