  DARTMOUTH, 12; BROWN, 6. A Close and Hard fought Game Played at Manchester, NJ. II. Manchester, n. H.. Nov. 33.-Dartmouth and Brown met in this city. Saturday. in their annual game, the former winning. l. to g. 1t was an excellent exhibition o: football, the two teams undoubtedly being the fastest of any of the minor col leses At the outset Brown ran the nall to within one yard of Dartmouths goal line, where the latter held and forced the ball back by strong offensive play and scored a touchdown. At the beginning of the second half Barry of Brown. received the ball on the kickoff and carried ii back 40 yards by a most sensational run Starting on DartmouthS 3S-yard line Brown rushed the ball by fierce on slaughts until Lynch carried the ball across the line. Cotter kicked the goal and the score was a tie. to 6.
