  Southern California Routs Oregon State LOS ANGELES, Oct. II. - Southern California routed Ore gon State today, 37-O. handing the Beavers their fifth straight shutout of the season. The Trojans scored five touch downs in the first three quarters and added a safety in the fourth to give them a season record of four victories and the 1913 tie with Washington a week ago. The count against the Beavers now stands at 152 points. The biggest excitement for the 34,163 fans came when the score was announced over the loud speaker from the UCLA-Stanford battle. Toward the end the fans were afforded almost a play by play from up north while the contest here went virtually ignored.
