  Iowa State Defeated BY Nebraska, IS 10 0 LINCOLN. Neb., Oct. 4. A brilliant first-quarter touchdown march engineered by Quarterback Johnny Bordogna and a third quarter 42-yard touchdown run by Fullback George Cifra paved the way today for Nebraska’s Is to 0 Big Seven victory over Iowa State. - Combined with these two swift scoring punches was a rock ribbed Nebraska defense that twice halted Iowa State when the visitors were giving the crowd Of $4,000 fearful moments. 1t was late in the first quarter when Bordogna. from his own o. yard line. faded back, spun, circled end and raced 26 yards to the Nebraska 48.
