  Iowa State Defeated By Nebraska, 4-n AMES, Ia, Nov. 10.-Nebraska struck Iowa State with a four touchdown thunderbolt in the third period to stun the confident Cyclones, “a to q, today in a wild Big Seven football duel, chiefly fought in the skywayS. Nebraska, without a victory ir five games, and apparently headed for another defeat. tore Iowa State apart with its third-quarter blast after the Cyclones had scared to q 21–⁠7 halftime lead on three touch down passes by Dick Mann. -- The turning point came in the third quarter. Sophomore John Bordogna, who threw for four touchdowns, hit Ray Novak in the end zone from the nine and Bob Decker made the extra point for a 21-all tie.
