Through out at least ~two-thirds of the game Lincoln men were On the defensive, and the in which they stood mp at the onlaughts of the gophers brought feelings Of pride to every Ne braskan on the grounds. The score was decisive. 10 to 0. But one reason for the defeat was offered by either members Of the team or coaches, the superior weight of the northcrncrs. Like the famous team Of 1900, which east CONSERVATION over thousands Of people in Lincoln nearly a year ago, the present team Is COM posed Of giants.
