Michigan 0verwheIms Indiana With Biggest Score Of Year, $40 ANN ARBOR, Mich, Nov. 13-An unbeaten Michigan opened up q land and air attack here today that pulverized defeat-groggy Indiana, $40, the Hoosiers’ worst beating since Michigan rocked them, $50, in 1925. A chill-nipped crowd OF $4,000 watched Coach Ben Oosterbaan’s Wolverines widen slim TO first period lead into their biggest vic tory margin in eight straight decisions this season. It was Michigan’s 22d successive triumph in three seasons. George Taliaferro, the Hoosiers’ slick triple -threater, provided a brief spark in the early action. But the Maize and Blue forces began to roll at the end of the first period and wound up with a flood of reserve talent pounding out five last half touchdowns. Michigan’s spinning fullback, Tom Peterson, broke the scoring ice after slightly more than five minutes OF play, plunging over from the 2. His defensive replacement, Dick Kemp thorn, touched off the second period with a similar score. Then Chuck Ortmann, Michigan’s passing ace, who completed eight of is aerials for the fancy total of 1913 yards. tipped a 13-yard touchdown pass to End Harry Allis for 21–0 lead before half time
