  OHIO STATE WINS OVER PITT, 20-l3 Underdog Painters Force Bucks To Play About Football To Win COLUMBUS, O., Nov. 9.-WH-A snarling band of Pittsburgh Pan theirs fought Ohio State right down to the gun here today and the Buckeyes had to call on the good right arm of quarterback George Spencer for a 20-to-13 victory.
