  R0SSI LEADS UCLLA 10 WIN OVER OREGON LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27-Gallop- ing Cal Rossi ground out bril- liant finish to his l945 collegiate grid career by amassing l69 yards and scoring a touchdown to lead the UCLA Bruins to a 12–⁠0 victory over the Oregon Webfoots last night. Playing his last game for the Bruins before Navy transfer to Harvard, Rossi brought his ground gaing total to 680 yards in 95 scrimmage tries in five games. Both the total and average of 7.l5 put the Bruin Rambler in the forefront of the nations ball carriers. UCLA speed and power tipped the balance to the Bruins after a scoreless first half in which triple threat Jake Leicht and the Web foots outplayed Rossi and his mates.
