DARTMOUTH TRIMMED. Williams Able to Kick Goals as We’ll as Make Touchdowns. Hanover, N. H, Oct. 21-Dartmouth lost a great game to Williams this afternoon, 70 to 10, the score being decided over the simple fact that Dartmouth missed goals from two touchdowns In the first half, Dartmouth seemed to have the advantage, keeping the ball in Williams territory almost continu ally and the line holding every time the Williams backs were sent against it. Jennings and Proctor made the touchdowns for the home team in this half. In the second half, Jennings, who had proven the best ground gamer for Dartmouth, was laid up, and this developed q weakness which Williams took advantage Of Williams also seemed to get more speed, and was sure in her formation plays. Draper did great work by scoring two touch downs which Moore kicked In the last few minutes of play, Dartmouth braced and worked the ball to Williams five-yard line, only to lose it on a tumble The tumble was costly, as Dartmouth did not have another chance to score.
