WASHINGTON STATE LOSES TO STANFORD STANFORD UNIVERSITY, Cal, Oct. 10.-Stanford defeated Wash ington State last Saturday after noon 8 to O. The win was made despite the fact that the Cougars had the Indians in the hole through most of the first half. Ledeboer circled the right end to score touchdown and the final two points came from a blocked kick.
