  PENN BEATS LEHIGH, 400 PHILADELPHIA, october 25 P.- The University of Pennsylvania foot ball team found Lehigh University weak opponent today and rolled up a score of 40 to 0 against the Lehigh VAL lev eleven. Pcnnsylvania’s squad was a mixture of first, second and third string men, and most OF the scoring was done by the substitutes. Pennsvlvania frequently was penal izsd for overstepping the rules in the zeal to win. A total of 1872 yards was imposed. The Quaxers- made six touchdowns and scored four extra points.
